Welcome.

I strive to provide thoughtful, compassionate, and effective counseling for individuals, couples, and families who desire growth, healing, and deeper connection in their lives and relationships. Many people seek counseling during seasons when they feel stuck, overwhelmed, or uncertain about how to move forward. My goal is to create a supportive space where clients can gain insight, restore hope, and experience meaningful change.

I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with more than two decades of experience working in both inpatient and outpatient settings. I am also a Board Approved Social Work Supervisor, Licensed Chemical Dependency Counselor, and Certified Brainspotting Practitioner. Over the years, I have received extensive training in experiential and relational approaches including psychodrama, Dialectical Behavior Skills (DBT), Person-Centered Therapy, and Internal Family Systems (IFS).

My work often integrates experiential methods such as psychodrama, role exploration, and interactive techniques that help clients move beyond simply talking about problems and begin experiencing new ways of understanding themselves and their relationships. These approaches can deepen internal awareness, strengthen emotional regulation, and support lasting behavioral change.

I work with individuals, couples, and families facing a wide range of concerns including relationship challenges, life transitions, grief and loss, addiction recovery, disordered eating, anxiety, depression, family-of-origin issues, and patterns that impact personal and relational wellbeing.

For clients who desire it, faith or spiritually integrated counseling is also available, allowing individuals to incorporate their personal beliefs and values into the therapeutic process.
